MEGHAN RECKLING

Founding Partner

Meghan Reckling founded Victory Graphics and Consulting in 2015. She brings over 20 years of experience in public policy, political campaigns, event planning, graphic design, and a passion for getting things done for our clients.

Meghan's interest in public service began at age eight when her Dad would take her on the road to put up yard signs for local campaigns. She attended Michigan State University to study Political Science and went on to a career as an aid in the Michigan State House and State Senate, where she helped spearhead significant legislation.

In 2018, Meghan was elected Chairman of the Livingston County Republican Party, a position she was unanimously reelected to in 2020. As Chairman, Reckling set fundraising records and oversaw sweeping victories across the county. This record of accomplishment led to her election as Chairman of the Michigan Republican Party's (MIGOP) County Chair Advisory Committee from 2020-2022. In addition, Meghan served as a member of the MIGOP State Committee from 2018 to 2022.

In 2023,  seeing the need for training in Michigan, Reckling founded the Michigan Republican Training Academy, Michigan's largest conservative training organization. She is also a current Fellow in Michigan State University's Michigan Political Leadership Program (MPLP).

Meghan's passions extend well beyond politics and deeply into her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Second Chance Support Network Ministries, the Livingston County Foundation, and the American Legion Auxiliary Post 141. Additionally, she actively coaches youth sports and participates as an instructor in the Reaching Higher mentorship program.

Meghan resides in Handy Township with her husband, Mark, a police officer in Livingston County. Together, they have two young children.
